We do NOT have any other charges, no call out fees, no VAT charges, NO fuel charges, No hidden costs and we rarely charge by the hour with most work completed within 30 minutes or less!

Our labour fees are as follows - UPVC, Composite and Multi Point Mechanism work is £45 labour charge. So if your locked out of a UPVC door then the charge is £45 and you get a FREE door service worth £29.99 to make sure the door is still in alignment or the lock is oiled and cleaned after being picked to gain entry.

Wood doors are charged at £55 as we often need to use wood fillers, wood, paint etc This is also included in the labour charge. We would only charge for parts such as a new lock if required. Adrian can also make tools on the job for picking wooden door locks which also saves time as wooden door locks can be some of the hardest to gain entry to, such as Mortice locks which have failed. Commercial labour is charged at £65 for working on commercial and high security locks and doors, shutters, shutter bolts, safes etc.
